  • Do I need to make larger house payments to pay my loan off early?
  1. You will continue to make your regular monthly payments to your loan.
  2. Lifestyle Equity Builder uses a methodology that will apply additional principal to the loan balance and lower the average daily balance against which the interest rate is applied. As you follow the system, more of each payment will be paid toward your principal and less to interest.

  • What is a HELOC?
  1. Is a type of second mortgage. Home equity line of credit.
  2. It has some unique qualities that are very important to understand.
    1. You can open a HELOC with no fees or charges.
    2. You are not charged interest until you use or borrow from your HELOC.
    3. You can make payments to the HELOC or borrow from the HELOC as often as you like without any expenses or charges.
    4. It is a retail loan that most banks carry. Some banks offer HELOC's with features that other banks or credit unions do not.
    5. A feature, that is nice, is one where you can utilize your HELOC as overdraft protection for your checking account. This is offered at a limited number of banks. (Ask us)

  • How fast can my home be paid off?

  • Do I have to refinance my home and pay closing costs again?
    No.
      There is no need to refinance your home.

  • Is this legal and are there any states where this can not be done?
    1. Yes, it is legal.
      1. What we show you how to do is apply your mortgage payments in a way that most benefits you, instead of the bank. We work within the limits of your contract with the bank. They don’t have a legal position against it.
      2. The Lifestyle Equity Builder contract is a service contract. The software file is provided to you for free so that you can implement the plan.
      3. Certain states may have enacted laws on how you can use a HELOC. Before getting started with Lifestyle Equity Builder, we will make sure your HELOC is compatible with our system.
      4. Our program is very flexible and in many cases has worked with personal savings accounts and Lines of Credit (LOC).
